SylloTips is the only AI solution that captures and leverages company’s undocumented knowledge. SylloTips' AI Agents learn from companies' best employees, automating customer support, accelerating sales, and delivering real-time assistance to the entire workforce. SylloTips is already used by leading companies in telecommunications, insurance, banking, and financial services.
As a co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO), I spearheaded product development from inception, deeply understanding user needs, identifying pain points, and driving continuous improvements.
Collaborating closely with the tech team, I transformed a conceptual idea into a fully functional MVP and subsequently scaled it into a market-ready product. This product was successfully sold to four major corporate clients in Italy.

Undocumented Knowledge
The failure of current AI systems in company platforms isn’t due to the AI’s quality but to how company knowledge has been stored over time. Employees waste time searching for information because it’s poorly organized and rarely updated.
Legacy Solutions
Industry-trusted ticketing systems and company search tools also fall short in making knowledge accessible, as their rigid and outdated structures limit the seamless integration of AI technologies.
Research
The process always began with in-depth competitor analysis to identify industry standards, gaps, and opportunities. This was complemented by user research to uncover common patterns, pain points, and challenges faced by the target audience. These insights formed the foundation for defining the product’s direction and value proposition.
Ideation
Using tools like Miro and FigJam, I mapped out user stories and flowcharts to conceptualize new features. This process ensured that new additions seamlessly integrated into the existing platform without overwhelming users or disrupting their experience. The focus was on maintaining clarity and usability while enhancing functionality.
Design
Creation of low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Zeplin. These deliverables were used to collaborate with the team, align with stakeholders, and validate the feasibility and impact of the proposed features before moving into development.
Iteration
Once the features were developed, they were tested with user groups through webinars, focus groups, and 1:1 sessions. This hands-on feedback allowed us to quickly identify potential issues and iterate on the product to refine its functionality and user experience. The iterative process ensured that the final product met user needs effectively and delivered tangible value.

We built an AI-powered help desk with a stand-alone platform and full integration into Microsoft Teams, enabling employees to access SylloTips from a single entry point.
Company knowledge base always updated
By involving company experts in unresolved AI interactions, SylloTips ensures the knowledge base stays accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.
External integrations
Thanks to deep integration with Microsoft 365, administrators can sync shared folders, files, and web pages directly into the platform as knowledge sources.
